Location
The Palms at Riviera Dunes is located in Palmetto, between Tampa and Sarasota. From I-75, exit at 224, proceed south on US 301 to the intersection of Haben Boulevard and turn left onto Haben. Continue approximately 1/2 mile around corner and The Palms is located on your right hand side, adjacent to the Manatee Convention Center.

The Riviera Dunes Marina is a full service marina in a protected harbor. This marina offers 220 slips with dockage up to 120 feet, power, fresh water, cable and fuel.
The Mangrove Grill Restaurant, dockside of the marina, offers exceptional food with a panoramic view of the marina. Light dining fare as well as a full dinner menu are available inside or on the patio.
The Manatee Convention Center is host to seminars, craft fairs, shows, expos, sporting events and concerts all year long.
