We are often asked, "Why are you involved with the Real Estate Market?"

A. We are addicted!  We started by purchasing lakefront property in New Hampshire for re-habing and for rental.  Our adventure continued when we discovered St Petersburg and its' many beaches and waterways.  Re-habing a condominium on Tierra Verde lead us to study to earn our real estate licenses.

Q. Why don't you work for one of the National Franchises?

A. Been there--Done that!  We started at an ERA Franchise. but we wanted to "think outside of the box" regarding customer service.  And we wanted to implement unique marketing concepts to allow sellers to sell faster and at higher prices with less pain!

Q. What are your concepts that differ from other Brokers or agents?

A. All good agents will provide sellers with:

  • A comparative market analysis
  • Show recent sales in the prospective neighborhood
  • Take digital photos that feature the property in the most flattering way
  • Bring in a crew to film a "Virtual Tour"
  • List the property in the "Multiple Listing Service" (MLS)
  • Schedule open house tours for other agents to preview the property
  • Set up weekend open houses (usually not well advertised)
  • Publish photo listing in "Homes For Sale" booklets
  • Feature property on the company website

We do all these things also, but what sets us apart is what we do to take the process to the next level:

  • We will pay for a Home Inspection to re-assure buyers that everything is in good order.
  • We will offer a pre-paid Home Warranty to assure no negative surprises for the buyers.
  • We will lock in the best current interest rate while the property is for sale.  So if rates rise, yours is fixed.
  • We will provide boxes and packing materials so that you can get ready to move and reduce clutter.
  • We will pay to rent an air conditioned and insured space to store your most important belongings.
  • We will bring in designers to suggest layout changes for furniture and accessories.
  • We will suggest and implement enhancements such as; re-caulking tubs, replace cabinet pulls, spot paint and clean carpets at our expense.
  • We will feature your property in every issue of the "Pinellas Home Search" magazine.
  • We will advertise and conduct at least 6 open houses per month until your home is sold (as per your wish).
  • We will financially pre-qualify prospective buyers so that your home is not a tour attraction.
  • We will provide a free appraisal to qualified buyers of your property.
